The total experience with Pets Best has been excellent!

Could not have asked for a better experience. From the initial sign up, documentation delivery and information on your website thru the claims process was so easy and efficient. Easy claim process

By being able to send in a PDF copy of the bill made everything a lot easier. Everything was done on line and via e-mail, money right in to my account. I am very happy I had a wonderful Doctor who operated with in 24 hours so I have my cat back and healthy.

Very easy process

Claims have been paid quickly! Usually within only a couple of days after submitting. Very easy process! So happy I have this coverage for my buddy, Harley.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Get a quote for specific information on waiting periods in your state.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
