Nothing better

There is nothing better knowing that when I walk into my vet and the payment is made that within a week to 10 days I have my money back from Pets Best. It's a big piece of mind

I have a claim sitting for review - medical records have been forwarded to Pets Bests 4 times

this miscommunication between Vet and Pets Best. I was told the claim would be processed with a week. the miscommunication is the medical records for Cooper Decker are waiting to be reviewed by Pets Best so the claim can advance. I was excited about pet insurance but now I'm second guessing the entire process.

Very pleased with Pets Best Health…

Very pleased with Pets Best Health Insurance. They do a great job provided top customer service and they do flexible pricing based on the customers needs, and not standardized plans that are fixed that you have to be forced into choosing.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
