Easy claims

Paperwork is easy, nice to receive notification of receipt of claim, claim is processed and reimbursement received within a reasonable length of time. Your completed form is easy to understand.

SO easy!

My pet experienced a possible seizure and I rushed him to the vet without thinking about the costs. Several hundred dollars in tests later, I filed my claim using the App and received payment for what was above my deductible in a matter of days. SO easy!

Piece of mind

My dogs are healthy and I have seldom actually received payment as most claims go toward my deductible. I do appreciate the application of my most recent claim for the lab work. Peace of mind for me.

So glad I have Pets Best

My cat Girdie has a thyroid problem and needs blood work and thyroid medication. In addition she need her yearly shots . I am so glad I have Pets Best to help with the cost.

TERRIBLES SERVICE

They are absolutely horrible with claims. Pay every month to have to fight every time u need to put in a claim. Would NOT recommend their services.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
