Filing on the app was easy
Barring payment on the missed invoice, it made a terrible situation less difficult. Filing on the app was easy and promptly processed. I called because a submitted invoice was not processed and the phone reps were awesome. It's currently under review. My dog died from cancer and even the cremation was covered. Difficult situation that Pets Best made coping with easier.

Completely satisfied

Highly recommend
I have had a couple Of unexpected emergencies with my cat and every time I've had to file a claim pets best has been amazing with the process. I've received my payments without any problems , even with routine and wellness care. I highly recommend them and happy I chose them as my pets insurance.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
