Very pleased with Pets Best Insurance

We have insured our three cats for several years, and only recently did we need to use the insurance when our 13-year-old cat became very ill. She had undiagnosed vomiting and lethargy, and the most frightening part was that she stopped eating. Pets Best reimbursed us for her diagnostic tests and her treatments, including a large bill for dental work, including the extraction of a tooth. We did not purchase the wellness coverage, but since the dental was related to her ultimate diagnosis--stomatitis, a very painful inflammation of the gums (the gums are essentially destroying the tooth)--Pets Best covered the entire cost minus the co-pay. I'm happy to say that Audrey is back to normal. Having Pets Best let us focus on getting her diagnosed and getting her well. The online claims submission process is efficient and easy, and the turnaround time for getting claims processed has been excellent thus far.

Personal and Wonderfu Service

I have had nothing but excellent experiences with Pets Best Insurance. I had been researching before we got our amazing Pomeranian pup Brees and feel very lucky we ended up with Pet's Best. Brees got pneumonia when he was 4 months old, and was hospitalized over night. We were hugely worried for our pup and not excited to see the bill, but in the end Pets Best covered most of it and on top of it, we received a hand written note hoping our pup was doing better. Brees is two years old now and doing great. I highly recommend Pets Best. They answer emails and questions promptly and are actually a joy to speak with on the phone, something rare in the insurance world I feel!

Horrible

I signed up with Pets Best 3 years ago after my vet recommended insurance. My 3 year old yorkie had just had surgery to remove bladder stones. I called Pets Best and explained the situation. They told me that he was Not high risk and they would cover surgery for bladder stones in the future if necessary. Unfortunately 3 years later he had stones again. They would not cover the $1600 surgery and told me it was "pre-existing". I would never have gotten the insurance! I hate when people lie to make money!
