Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

My 12-year-old Shih Tsu had a soft tissue sarcoma skin cancer. He had surgery to remove it and had complications from the surgery: intestinal disorder and a urinary tract infection. Pet's Best, as usual, paid up to the max on the claim and they are SO FAST about processing the claim. Claim faxed in on Thursday, and paid on Tuesday, with email notifications as to their progress on the claim. So easy! I just really LOVE this company and their service! I have older dogs and multiple claims, and they always come through for me. Without them, I would be paying thousands of dollars in vet bills. They really give me peace of mind. Wish my own insurance was this good!! Two thumbs up for Pet's Best!!

Amazing customer support, and super quick claim reimbursement. I have told so many people about this company and my good experiences. It is because of them that I have no fears of being able to do whatever it takes to help my dog, and I can focus on worrying about her, not the finances. That is worth its weight in gold.

I have two burmese cats and both have conditions that require an Allergist as well as their regular veternarian. These conditions appear to be irreversible but treatable with medications. Some is oral and some is by injection. Pet's Best has paid for 80% of all meds relating to these conditions. As a senior I would be hard pressed to manage the financial strain if I did not have pet insurance. There claims processing is immediate and convenient ; their staff polite and empathetic. I would not be able to maintain my cats without their insurance help. Our providers of insurance for humans would do well to adopt the practices of Pet's Best. I thank Pet's Best for the peace of mind their insurance coverage affords me. I know that the unforseen can be managed as long as my cat's are insured. This is the first pet insurance that I have carried, and I have done so for 5 years. For me it has been money well spent and has more than paid for itself. if I need to cut myu expenditures it will not be on pet insurance. I thank Pet's Best for being a reputable and caring business.

My pet had several masses removed. I faxed in my claim and the reimbursement was transferred to my checking account in two days. Very very happy with this insurance.

I really did not think pet insurance was worth it as I had had VPI many years ago and had severe problems with their "lack" of policy, paying on time or paying at all for someone with a platinum plan. I cancelled and did not have insurance for many years. Within the past 3 years, I now have 3 new pets. I have to say that they are young and do not have any major medical problems, but they have had incidents. I email my claim form and bill to Vetsbest and it is processed literally within 48 hours. I can go to my customer portal and see what they have paid. I cannot tell you what piece of mind this gives me to know that as my dogs and cat age, I have a safety net to help me with the expenses. I recommend Pets Best to my doggie friends and to my customers. 5 Stars from me.
