Employees are helpful
I recently submitted a claim on a Monday, I had my refund by Wednesday. Filing the claim is so quick and easy, the employees are helpful if you need to pick up the phone and call! I tell all my puppy friends about Pets Best.

Pleased with ease
My first claim was put in only a few days after I got the insurance and it was great. Coverage started right away for my puppy's first check up and I was almost fully reimbursed within 3-4 days after the appointment. I was pleased with the quick turn around time as well as initial ease of processing claim.

Puts me at peace
Since Oakie-boy was diagnosed with liver disease I have been at peace knowing my financial situation will not effect the quality of his care. He is a love.

Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
