Uncomplicated and stress-free

Sadly, I had to put my dog down last week. I have been using Pets Best for quite a few years and have been highly satisfied with your service each and every time I had to file a claim. You were responsive and efficient and I even received an email sending your condolences for my loss and you went ahead and cancelled his policy promptly. I would definitely use you again when I decide to add another pet to our family. Thank you very much for making the process so easy and uncomplicated and stress-free.

Great service

My dog went to the vet and I filed a claim online. I didn't hear anything for a few days, so I called customer service to confirm that everything was alright. The agent said they did not have a claim from me, and she stayed on the phone with me while I re-filed it to make sure they received it! She was GREAT!

Pleased with claims

I am very pleased with all the claims I have submitted due to my cat having issues with excessive lucking then being diagnosed with over active thyroid and now allergies to pet food

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
