I received an eob that denied the shots on the bill I submitted but it didn't cover the rest of the bill which is really the part I need covered for emergency. Services. That should be better explained on the web and let customers know its pending

This is to say a huge "Thank You" for your kindness and compassion during Zoe's most recent (sadly fatal) illness. Human insurance companies could/should take lessons from you. Your claim process is incredibly simple and straightforward. Your coverage is comprehensive and easy to understand. Your re-imbursement process very fast and seamless. And to top off everything, you sent a sympathy card that brought tears to our eyes.
Needless to say that I have spoken very highly of you and recommended your company to all my animal-loving friends as well as to various vetrinary clinic staff. We will be getting another fur-baby in the near future and intend insuring her with you from the very beginning. You are "The Best" ...Pets Best!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.
Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
