Pets Best is the best decision

Pets Best is the best decision we made for our pets. The coverage is outstanding and the customer service agents go above and beyond every time. The process for claims is easy to understand and follow. Also, when our pet passed you automatically closed his account after the euthanasia claim was submitted it was a relief not to have to think about it. Finally we really appreciated the sympathy card sent. I'll say it again. You are the best!!

I don’t know what I would have done without PetsBest!

My little guy was diagnosed with cancer 😓 Then with in two months of his diagnosis, 3 of my other dogs had life threatening accidents! If I had not had Pets Best I would have been able to get them the medical care they needed! It’s so easy to submit claims and the return is really fast!

So happy I picked Pets Best for my dog's insurance

When my Augie got sick, I took him to the vet. Went home, filed a claim by phone and the rest was completed by Pets Best within 10 days. Quick and easy!!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
