Claims service is outstanding and fair.
We've had several claims this year. Pet's Best has been outstanding. Quick to process claims and decisions are fair. We have no complaints except that we wish our dog wasn't in need of these services. The interface is outstanding and easy to use. Good company!

Great experience.
Great service. If you have a problem they are there to take care of it immediately. I have had this insurance for my little Chloe since she was born 3 years ago. I would recommend pet insurance to anyone. Very reasonable priced.
Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
