Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

Our claims experience was positive from filing to settlement of claim. Was sent email updates keeping us apprised to status of claim until finalized. We, also, were able to check claim status via web site. Found the entire process to be low stress and easy. For those looking for pet insurance we definitely would recommend Pets Best.

I submitted a claim for my dog's recent Wellness visit. The claims submission process itself is a breeze- I love only needing to attach my invoice and not input the claim manually line by line. Once I submitted the claim I was shown the estimated turnaround time based on current claim volume. When my claim was taking a little bit longer than usual to process, Pets Best proactively let me know with an email note and apology (instead of waiting for me to get frustrated and reach out to them for an update) which I really appreciated. Once the claim was processed they emailed me again to let me know and included a very easy to understand explanation of what was paid/not paid and exactly why.

I went for a re check visit to see how me pet was doing with a pinched nerve in her back. With the meds she was on we decided to do blood work. To our surprise her liver values where super high. So we did ultrasound and found a mass. With all the test and then surgery to remove it. All went well. Filled claim and was paid super quickly. Thank you for helping to relieve the stress from the vet Bill's. I highly recommend pets best. I tell anyone who have fur babies to check in to this company for pet insurance. It's truly pets best!! All my claims are reviewed in a timely manner. Emails let me know status of claim from start to finish. Explanation are easy to understand.
