Your reps were super helpful
Pets Best is consistently wonderful. What made the process so difficult was the emergency vet refusing to send the records to you. Eventually I had to go down myself and explain why I wanted them for my insurance policy. Finally I got them and sent them in, and your reps were super helpful. Thank you!!

Very courteous
I found a check from PB and wasn't sure whether or not it had been deposited. Bryna was very courteous and took extra time to research my question, which took her extra time. I received a very nice message answering my question. Great service!!

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
