Easy and painless
I love the ease of being able to take a snap shot of my invoice and submit that right away for review. Then the process was quick and I received my money directly into my bank account in about a week from start to finish. Going over the claim and understanding why I was reimbursed what I was and why was easy to understand and review based on my own policy. This was my very first claim I have submitted for my boy and hope I don't have to do to many but if I do I'm glad to know how easy and painless the process is.

Better than expected
As we were new to Pets Best and our dog was visiting a new Vet Clinic since we had just moved. It took a little while to get all our records from our previous Vet. But, once we received the previous Vet information. It seemed like our claim was reviewed in a timely manner and
quickly processed. As of right now I'm quite pleased with Pets Best insurance for my two dogs.

I appreciate knowing that I can make sure my pet has access to quality health care for unexpected illnesses and accidents, as well as preventative care. Medical treatment can be very expensive and PetsBest provides assurance that we can afford to see our pet receives the best care possible.

Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.
Unlimited lifetime limits.
Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
