I’ve had bad experience
I’ve been working to have a claim paid for nearly 6 months. They keep requesting documents that don’t exist. They are either hoping I give up and they won’t have to pay or hoping I don’t provide what didn’t exist and they don’t have to pay. It’s a legitimate injury during coverage but it’s about $4k so they don’t want to pay. This is my first year of pet insurance so it’s possible this is normal but it’s frustrating since I paid them premiums all year long just so my pupper is covered.
