Great investment

I got the insurance including the Wellness and utilized it for my new boxer's spay, microchipping, and booster shots. I paid out $208 and got back $186 based on what was covered! Great investment!

Love it

Easy to file claim online

It is the most easiest way to file the claim online and the end result is very responsive. I advised every pet owner with Pets Best to use the online.

I love Pets Best

I love Pets Best ! Easy to file a claim, fast response time, fast reimbursement with explanation of payment. Customer Service is always helpful in answering question that arise for us. I wouldn't have any other pet insurance for our 3 Shih Tzu. Rates are best for coverage we chose.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
