Pets Best is very efficient

The customer service team at Pets Best is very efficient. They do an excellent good at communicating any delays and my overall experience has been great. It puts my mind at ease when I know this is one area of his treatments I don't have to worry about. Thank you all for your great service.

l was grateful to Pets Best

My dog ingested raisins, and after a call to the Poison Control, we determined she needed to go to the emergency vet and have vomiting induced. l was grateful to Pets Best for making a very stressful time easier.

Better than paying full price

Cody needed his Heartgard and Nexgard for the year, I have the plan where Pets Best pays for a portion of the cost of meds. I was able to get back almost 1/2 of dollar amount it cost me. Better than paying full price. Thanks Pets Best!!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
