Filing a claim is like trying to teach a goat how to lay eggs, it ain't happening; on top of that they were nasty to my vet.
Filing a claim is a hassle and you will continually get emails saying there "isn't enough information", which is a lie because my vet jumped through every hooped they asked. They continuously lied to me claiming they couldn't get a hold of the vet, or that they were put on an extensive hold with the vet. My vet (which I have a great personal relationship with) said the insurance company treated them terrible and that they vet had indeed replied to all their emails (which I was included on) along with spoke to them over the phone. Oddly enough, the insurance company continued to state that they "had no record of any of this", which is downright false. I became so sick of the lies and disrespect from this company that I ended my insurance plan with them and have no plan of ever working with them again. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone.
