I submitted all the medical records I had for this dog. If you are not accepting medical records that I have you need to refund the money for the policy that I paid you.
This is the worse customer service experience I received in my life.
Please don't use this company. They are taking money for the policy and then not paying the claims. The claims representative Brenna G is completely unprofessional. She is not even trying to help you. If the money were taken for the policy they need to pay claims or give you a refund. The company is not doing it and just steeling the money from the people. Please people don't use them.
