My dog's annual well-check visit was the first time I filed a claim. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to submit the claim on the website, and I was satisfied with the reimbursed coverage.

Our last two pets have been covered by Pets Best! They went above and beyond re: our claims for our last pet Cookie. We enrolled in a new plan for our new pet Poppy! We like the 90% coverage and the annual deductible that includes payment toward claims once the deductible has been paid. In the past, our claims have been paid so quickly. This time it seemed to take a long time. That being said Pets Best did alert me that they were working on the claim, so I appreciated knowing the status of the claim. I also appreciate the Direct Deposit Option and the ease of the billing process and understanding the how the claim was paid and what went toward the deductible. I really appreciate Pets Best!
