Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

Took my cat Robbie in for his annual wellness visit to my vet and he got his rabies shot. Vet says he looks great, but needs dental cleaning which we scheduled for August. Paid the vet bill and got the receipt which I scanned into my computer and attached it to an email claim form to Pets Best. Received payment to my bank account within a few days. I am very impressed by this insurance company.

The claim was so easy to place! It was awesome that I was able to be reimbursed for my dogs routine care. It was his two year check up: blood work, stool sample, two shots, flea meds, and heart-worm meds! I received full benefits for everything my dog had done! So for a $380 vet visit I received $234 back! This was extremely helpful and worth the monthly payments!

My dog Max became ill during boarding and was treated afterward by his veterinarian for colitis due to stress (poor little guy!). I immediately filed a claim for his vet visit and it was processed in a timely manner, although the amount was under my deductible. I'm really hoping not to go over my deductible this year!

Dear Pets Best Insurance Team! I made a decision last year to sign up for pet insurance for the first time ever. After thoughtful consideration for many weeks prior and looking into many pet insurance companies, I decided to go with Pets Best Insurance, mainly because it was reasonably priced and had verifying degrees of coverage to meet my needs. I purchased insurance for both my cats. Little did I know last month (April 2019) that one of my beloved cats, Luna Mae, would be injured and require a major knee and tendon replacement. More so, she was genuinely concerned for Luna’s welfare; which I truly appreciated at the time. She also immediately sent me the forms I needed to get started. I was so grateful and distraught at the same time. I needed her calm manner and clarity to help guide me through it all. As time went on, I spoke to other Pets Best team staff via phone or email, and each time, they were very professional and efficient. Each step of the way, I was given updates regarding my claim without me having to initiate the contact and within a month of Luna’s surgery, I received a check deposit from Pets Best Insurance for the full paid balance of Luna’s surgery, minus my small deductible. My mind was blown! I could not remember ever in my life experiences an insurance company for people, much less for pets, would have ever been so reliable, caring, professional and efficient! I’m so impressed with Pets Best Insurance for my pets. I highly recommend Pets Best to absolutely every single pet owner out there! They are the REAL DEAL! On a scale of 1 to 10 stars... I give them a 10! Oh, and in case you may want to know, Luna is doing well with her new leg. She will always have a slight limp but it doesn’t stop my little tough rescue cat!
