Constantly Having to Appeal Claims Denials to Get Payment

They habitually deny claims, stating everything is a pre-existing condition. I then have to fill out more paperwork for the appeals process to finally get payment. My other insurer never does this and they are so easy!

One less worry

Our sweet boy has had ongoing issues that would worry every pet parent. We are very grateful to have Pets Best to help him recover. It's one less worry when it comes to his care. Thank goodness we have Pets Best!

I tell everyone

Pet's best has been with me through the loss of three of my pets. They even paid for the cremation and box. They sent me wonderful Sympathy cards for each pet I lost. They have been great with my one remaining cat Sylvester that had to have his leg amputated. I could not have been able to afford that surgery without Pet's Best. I tell everyone about them.

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
