So far so good!!

I have only had petsbest since February but so far my experience has been good. The price is great and the wellness package is worth it (I have medium-large dogs and their regular flea medicine is expensive). I did my first reimbursement a couple months ago, and even thought it didn't take that long for it to be approved, the customer service was great in that they would send me emails letting me know that my request had been received and they were working on it as soon as possible.

Extended my pet's life

Your helping with some of Tucker's medical treatments is great because I make sure he is well taken care of. I know that what it costs me, I will get some of it back. It's why he has lived long and given us so much love - and we give him lots of love, too!

Monthly Cost

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Coverage

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible. Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states). Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care. 24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill. Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method. Choose to have your eligible claim payment reimbursed directly back to your CareCredit card.

Payout Limits

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan. Unlimited lifetime limits.

Deductible

$50 – $1,000 annually.

Age Limits

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll. Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.

Waiting Period

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date. Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Elective and preventive procedures are not covered.
