Claim for my cats infected paw was taking a bit longer than I had been told, but I received a prompt email notification keeping me informed. Resolution, applying charges to my deductible, happened only a day or two later. Since my cat' s issue has escalated , I look forward to continuing quality support from Pets Best

The first claim processed in 2 days
The first claim for routine care was processed in 2 days. 2nd claim for emergency visit has taken a week to process with no notification on status. Ugh
