I recently adopted a rescue dog. I needed info about Flea & Tick, Heartworm and allergies. My questions were all addressed. I filled out the claims form online and was very satisfied with the turn around.

The claims process was straight forward and I received my payment within 10 days and it was deposited directly into my checking account.

We are just starting to deal with a very concerning issue with our 13 mo old puppy who seems to have suddenly developed MegaEsophagus without any of the usual symptoms. Discovered on X-ray when we took her in for decreased appetite and exercise intolerance. NO other symptoms! Now we will need to start the process of figuring out the cause and hope it's one of the treatable/fixable ones.
