Pleased with service
The mobile app made it very quick and easy to upload the invoice and receipts to file the claim. Very fast response from Pets Best throughout the process. I am extremely pleased with the service and professionalism of the customer service.

Everything was easy
Everything was easy I just wish the refund was quicker, it used to be but the last few claims took around 11-12 for the money to show up in my bank.

$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Reimbursements are sent directly to CareCredit credit card when chosen as your default reimbursement method.

Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
