Easy to enroll
I haven't tried any other pet insurance company, but I have found Pets Best to be very easy to enroll and file claims online. The response time is great.

Handled in a timely manner
Our pugs have chronic eye conditions. Insurance has been very beneficial. It is very easy to file claims which are handled in a timely manner. We use automatic deposit so the entire process is very simple.

Pets Best is affordable, easy to understand and always delivers!
After having a dog treated at the emergency clinic and paying over $1500, I immediately started reviewing pet insurance. I called Pets Best, actually talked to a person right away, and decided to try them. That was three years ago. And all three of my dogs are covered by them. Every claim is easy to file online, is paid within days and is easy to understand. I even recommended my daughter to them for her two dogs. I highly recommend them for your furry family!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
