Claim delay
I turned in the claim and the waiver for them to pay the vet directly. I submitted it and after a couple weeks I called because I hadn't heard anything and they said that they needed notes from the doctor but after 14 days they still hadn't even requested the information needed from the vet. So 14 days went by with nothing. Then I said I would go to the vet and get the information. I did and I emailed it to them. And they still kept contacting the vet for more information. I explain the situation with the eyedrops but the process took forever. I swear it probably took a month and a half. It was absolutely ridiculous. All the other claims have gone very smoothly and they've been paid in a timely manner but this one was an outrageously long process. The lack of asking about for two weeks for the information was the most disturbing part of this process. I still love Pets Best. It's just this situation that fell through the cracks and was very unpleasant.
