Pleased with Pets Best
Very pleased with your company. We used Petplan for our late dog and it was a nightmare dealing with them. Extremely difficult to file a claim. After all we paid them over the years, when our dog got sick at 13, they were awful! I can't believe how easy your company makes it to file claims and how quickly you pay!

Definitely recommend
I am very please that I chose the accidental and the preventative care plan. I use the app and do everything from my phone with ease. I would definitely recommend this pet insurance for any fur baby.

Compassionate
The person I spoke with after my claims were submitted was very compassionate and she just let me talk and cry as I told her what had happened to my precious girl. She made the claims process easy as well as cancelling my policy because unfortunately my ER visit didn't have a happy ending. The insurance allowed me to do everything that my baby needed and I wasn't left burdened by a $2500 ER bill after her death. RIP Leila.

Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
