Poor customer service
Takes way to Long to get a claim paid. I also tried to chat with someone on the website about it and they would not check into it or discuss it. They simply said they are sorry for the delay And they are experiencing a high claims volume then disconnected our chat. That is what they say every single time! Sounds to me like you guys need to hire more help, The lack of help is certainly affecting customer service! I have been a huge advocate of Pets Best and referred numerous SAR & POLICE K9 here add my Kimber is a SAR K9 and I am a dog trainer. If this service issue doesn't change very soon we will be switching carriers and will no longer be referring anyone to Pets Best
