Smooth from start to finish
I had a great experience with submitting my first claim. It was processed quickly and efficiently. The process from start to finish was easy and smooth. I highly recommend Pets Best and we are very thankful we have it for our little Lucy girl!

The customer service is always great, I really appreciate how kind and caring the reps are. I never feel like I'm just a number. Thank you for helping care for my babies!

Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
