Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

I tried to insure my rescue doodle with the insurance company I had for my other dog. This company wanted all sorts of documentation that I couldn't provide because the dog is a rescue. Pets Best was very easy for me to enroll my dog and the few claims I've submitted have been handled much faster than the competition.

I'm very happy with Pets Best. My other dog has Embrace, and I find Pets Best way easier.

I have used Pets best insurance for our cats for more than 12 years and we have had a lot of claims during that time. I have found Pets best to be consistently fair and have never had any problems with them denying a claim that I felt should be covered. Actually, it's been just the opposite because sometimes I am surprised that a service qualifies for coverage under my policy such as tooth extractions. Their phone vet consult has helped solve my pets' health problems several times. I feel lucky to have connected with a vet on their help line who has more than 30 years of clinical practice experience. In addition, filing a claim could not be easier. I am completely satisfied with my Pets best coverage and often recommend them to others.

I recently joined Pets Best for our new puppy. We took him in for his 12 week checkup and necessary vaccines. The veteran handled the paperwork and within a very short time a reimbursement check arrived. The positive reviews that brought me to Pets Smart were true. Very happy customer.
