Very happy
Submitting a claim is easy, the process is relatively quick and their explanations are helpful. I'm very happy with their service and processing of claims. I also appreciate the direct deposit for any reimbursements.

I've been recommending
This is actually in regards to multiple claims I filed while for my dog Teddy. Every single claim was processed in a timely manner from the day he was diagnosed about 2 months ago until the day we had to say goodbye to him. You guys covered the cost of his surgery, chemo therapy, acupuncture to help with chemo side effects and I couldn't be more grateful. I've been recommending your company to all of my friends and colleagues. A big thank you to all of you at Pets Best.

Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.
Payout Limits
$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible
$50 – $1,000 annually.
Age Limits
Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.
Pets Best does not restrict coverage or availability for older pets.
Waiting Period
A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
