EASY CLAIM FILING
I am very satisfied with the claim filing process. It's easy to attach pictures of your vet's invoice. The agents are very responsive. Money is deposited directly into my checking account. I recommend Pets Best for peace of mind.

First claims experience
My only feedback was timing of processing the claim seemed long. The marketing message and being top rated was based on quick claims processing and I feel like mine took almost 14+ days.

Dog's ongoing health issues
My do suffers with a genetic disease that affects his walking. I submitted several claims for a series of shots. PB was very quick in reimbursing funds. PB is always keeps me updated on claims.

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
