Pets Best | Pet Insurance Review

We have an English Bulldog, they are know for having a lot of health issues, but our baby is great. Every time we take him to the vet they give us the documentation we need and we always send it to the insurance and they reply really fast, if not they always notify us via email why is the delay. We really like it!

We told him that we're more than satisfied with Pets Best. Claims are easy to submit and descriptions of payments are thoroughly explained, not to mention, paid quickly. We highly recommend Pets Best!!

Without warning it became apparent that Stella was not feeling good at all. She was not her outgoing friendly self. On our after dinner romp she would walk and pee then walk and pee again and again. During the night we actually pee'd in the house 7 times! Small amounts. These symptoms first appeared on Friday evening and by Saturday they were even worse. I took her to the nearest clinic opened on the weekends. They took us straight in and began evaluating her. She was diagnosed with a significant UTI. Medication was administered and prescribed. I filed Stella's first claim within two - three days of the vet visit. There were no questions from Pets Best and the claim was proceeded with ease. Thanks a bunch!

This is my first experience with pet insurance. The claim process was effortless!

after submitting a claim for my dogs ear infection. I had waited a month and nothing was done regarding processing the claim. It pisses me off to have to call to prompt action. Then after another week I go online to find out my claim was not approved claiming it was a preexisting condition. It was an ear infection not heart disease. Their answer was he had other ear infections before. That's like saying he had a cold and now future colds aren't covered total bullsit. On top of all that if I wanted to complain I would have to APPEAL!!! Too much on my end for cheap coverage!!!! Bad Company I'm totally disappointed. I'm going to call the BBB too I'm not going to let this company take advantage. They take the premiums but don't pay claims.
