I was very satisfied with the handling of my recent claim. It took less than a week to receive my reimbursement.

I had been ready to cancel this policy as I had no reason to qualify for payments. A representative worked with me to make it more $$ feasible. Thank goodness because I was very grateful to get some reimbursements for a significant vet bill.

15 years of experience with two dogs under the protection of Pets Best. My oldest Dog, Smitty, recently passed, but he lived a good life because I never hesitated to see a Vet or spend my limited resources to give him the best of care. I felt that I had a very sincere and personal relationship when It was necessary to seek help from the customer care staff, We had a major scare for Smitty right after our move to Idaho and the Spokane Valley. Have 6 dogs on a ranch style scenario ... S*^*! happens an we take care of our dogs . First generation toon us 3 yrs to get out from under credit card bills !!! This generation not 😳😉!
