I a new to Pets Best
I a new to Pets Best. I am displeased with my coverage. I have a neighbor who is a member for several years and her items are always covered. Her and my dog went and had the same conditions. My refund was only $100 something from a $700 bill.
Beyond unfair. Would not recommend this insurance to anyone. Also the turn around time was unbelievable. Just to get that kind of repayment was unbelievable.

I expect claims to be processed in a timely manner. 2 weeks is my expectation. However consistently Pets Best has taken more like 6 weeks. I am extremely disappointed in this processing time and will be dropping them as soon as I can find a new insurance.

Monthly Cost
$6 and up, depending on your chosen plan.
Coverage
Accident and Illness plans with optional reimbursement levels of 70%, 80%, or 90% after the deductible.
Flat Rate Accident coverage for $9/month for dogs and $6/month for cats. (Available in most states).
Two optional Wellness plans to cover routine care.
24/7 Pet Helpline, powered by whiskerDocs is included on all policies.
The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

$5000 -Unlimited annual limit, depending on your chosen plan.

Pet must be at least 7 weeks old to enroll.

A waiting period refers to the amount of time after enrolling before your pet is eligible for coverage. Waiting periods vary by the type of coverage and start on the effective date of your policy. Once met, waiting periods are waived for continuous, uninterrupted policy renewals. Pets Best offers some of the shortest waiting periods in the industry following the policy effective date.
