I have had my policy for almost a year and unfortunately had to file a claim for my dog. He was injured and also had an infection on top of that. I had to call a few times to ask questions and they were very helpful. I filed my first 3 claims on March 8th and I rcvd word on March 20th, that all 3 claims were approved. I feel like this was a quick process compared to some of the stories I have heard about other insurance companies.
