So happy with the service

So happy with the service we received with our little pup. After an accident and lots of freaking out it was so nice to hear "We got you covered". Very helpful in finding the best coverage for us. Thank you!

Fast reimbursement

I had some emergency pet issues Memorial Day weekend. It was easy to upload the medical bills and I received a timely confirmation. I am pleased with the turnaround time and the reimbursement.

Quickly responded to my request

The customer service representative was extremely nice and quickly responded to my request. Unfortunately, we have had to cancel this pet insurance as we are on limited income and feel the insurance cost us much more than our veterinary needs.

Insurance policy is useless in my...

Insurance policy is useless in my circumstance and I was not clearly informed what the 30 day trial period entailed. Very unhappy with your service!

Monthly Cost

$5 – $90 depending on coverage options chosen.

Coverage

You have a co-pay of 20% after your annual deductible. The pay-out amount is based on your actual vet bill.

Payout Limits

Per incident limit of $1,500 – $8,000 and annual limits of $3,000 – $16,000 depending on your chosen plan.

Deductible

Choose from $100 – $1,000 annual deductible.

Age Limits

Pets must be at least 8 weeks old to enroll with no upper age limit Coverage options available for senior pets.

Waiting Period

Coverage goes into effect one day after enrollment. There is a 5-day wait period for accident claims and 14-day wait period for illness claims.

Exclusions

Pre-existing conditions are not covered. Customizable plans allow you to add-on coverage for inherited and congenital conditions, exam fees and wellness care. Cancer coverage included in base accident and illness plan.
