Used to be good but they are slipping
When I started out the rates were a little high but I felt it was worth it to know that my dogs' health would be taken care of and their customer service was FANTASTIC. Recently I feel like my rates are really going up and not all of my claims are being reimbursed in full, it also takes upwards of 30 days to process my claim. Customer service is now just so-so. In my opinion they have slipped since being bought by Nationwide. I would recommend for younger dogs with NO preexisting conditions but not for older dogs.
