Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

Had a dog previous to this one, which didn't have insurance coverage. I can not even begin to tell you how much $$$ spent. I also truly believe that I would still have my dog if I had gotten her the Whole Wellness plan at birth. Now my new adopted fur baby is full covered. I paid the deductible and with some minor deductions 90% has been paid on everything. Timely payments and never have I waited for reimbursement more then 3 weeks. Huge Thumbs up!

With six dogs in my family, insurance can get expensive. I kept track of all healthcare money spent and the benefits paid for a year. The result - I SAVED money. Of course, I had a couple of dogs with sport related injuries - and they got the very best care. I would charge the Vet bills, file my claim and it was paid before I got the credit card bill. The key is to understand what you are buying. All my dogs have Nose to Tail Whole Dog insurance. If you buy a more limited plan lower price plan, you get less - less covered services, less allowed payment amounts. Just Like Human Insurance! In my opinion - Nose to Tail is the way to go.

Nationwide has helped us on medical expenses with our dogs. No problems with getting reimbursements. No need to concern about the vet bill, our dogs see vet when there is something wrong and do health exam once to twice a years, they stay healthy! My little girl had a case of bad UTI's and to top it off she had a slab fracture on her back tooth. Lots of expenses coming up! Nationwide has covered at least 90% of the costs associated with her treatments and I couldn't be more grateful. The insurance does help a lot in these situations. I am so thankful for it!
