Whenever I call to speak with a rep, hold times are short and the team members with whom I speak are ALWAYS friendly, respectful, and helpful.

I have been very happy so far with we are Nationwide. Our dog just turned a year old . The process is easy to file a claim and they usually pay within 1-2 weeks. So far we are very pleased.

I used the vet helpline service regarding my 13 year old who has a chronic upper respiratory problem and has been under treatment for this for over two years. I spoke to Shelly on the helpline regarding my cat's symptoms, current medications, and other treatment options. It was very helpful and extremely information. For one thing, I was able to take notes about all the options and get answers to my questions about her problem. Talking this out with a third party really helped increase my understanding. She suggested a couple of options for me to discuss with my vet--which I did today. I am really grateful that you offer this service. I can see where it would be especially beneficial if there was a complicated problem with costly decisions to be made. It helps folks sort out the possibilities. Nationwide is the best investment in your pet's care I could imagine. I know firsthand, given that our English Bulldog puppy had a very expensive first six months of life and her vet bills totaled about $15,000. Nationwide's Whole Pet Insurance paid for 90% of all medical claims with a $250 deductible and truly saved her life. For a small monthly premium, you can give your pet a lifetime of health security. Not only that, after the very costly first year of care, Nationwide didn't raise our rates. I cannot recommend them more highly in terms of the expansive nature of the coverage their policy provides, in addition to the very caring individuals at the company with whom I've interacted. If only humans had this level of health care coverage!
