Vet Helpline is a great benefit.
I used the vet helpline service regarding my 13 year old who has a chronic upper respiratory problem and has been under treatment for this for over two years. I spoke to Shelly on the helpline regarding my cat's symptoms, current medications, and other treatment options.
It was very helpful and extremely information. For one thing, I was able to take notes about all the options and get answers to my questions about her problem. Talking this out with a third party really helped increase my understanding. She suggested a couple of options for me to discuss with my vet--which I did today.
I am really grateful that you offer this service. I can see where it would be especially beneficial if there was a complicated problem with costly decisions to be made. It helps folks sort out the possibilities. Thanks to Shelly and thanks for providing this service.
