sells you the most expensive policy and then claims you exceed limits when you need insurance
Your supervisor Jennifer told me she couldn't hear me and would call right back after we had been
on the phone. She never called back.
I am distressed that you have not paid anything on the last claims I submitted saying we were over
the limit. Is that because Baci died?
I also asked if you needed more information from the hospital as you did once before and I requested
you review claim # ending 3128 for which you also paid nothing. Did you need any more info on that
claim? I cannot tell you how disappointed I am with you as a client since 2008 and before that VIP
