Nationwide is a godsend!
We had two scary situations with our Persian boy Teddy within a week of each other and totally unrelated. He got into a flower arrangement we had and ate a piece of a Lilly flower, which is toxic to cats but thank god he was ok. We got a bill of over $2000. The following week Teddy had a seizure and again we rushed him to the hospital. They ran a bunch of tests and everything came back negative. We still don’t know what caused it but they put him on anti seizure medication until we do an MRI next month. We received another bill just over $2000. I submitted all the receipts to Nationwide and I couldn’t believe how easy and non stressful it was. I wasn’t sure what to expect but to my surprise there was no hassle, no questions, no aggregation at all. My claims were processed and checks were in the mail to me within a week. They even sent me an email advising me they received everything. It was the best insurance experience I have ever had. We still don’t know what’s causing Teddy’s seizures which is stressful enough, but not having to worry as much, about the financieal part of it is a godsend. Thank you Nationwide! As long as I have fur babies, I will have you.
