It is so refreshing to receive an email inquiring about our pet Louie's health after a vet invoice was submitted. We are more than completely satisfied with Nationwide Pet Insurance. In fact, we always mention our plan to friends and neighbors. Your organization has exceeded our expectations in every situation. We are thankful that our vet, Dr. Jennifer Kramer, suggested we consider pet insurance with your company when we rescued Louie 12 years ago. Since then we adopted two little angels/sisters for Louie who were insured with you that unfortunately passed from cancer. During such a devestating time you refunded any balance due to us, which we did not expect, and sent a sympathy card. Your customer service representatives are a pleasure to speak with and answer any questions or make suggestions for our beloved pets insurance. It amazes us that when you mention that our pet had a procedure the first words out of their mouths is "how much did that cost you!". Beside, that it is none of their business, we always reply that we have Nationwide Pet Insurance that is incredible.

Nationwide is a great, they make everything easy to do, and in less than three weeks after submitting my claim I had my funds transferred into our bank account. I wouldn't look any place else for pet insurance.

My french bulldog developed an allergy to grass and carpet. He needs to be on allergy pills everyday . The cost of these pills is high. This insurance reimburses me every time I need to purchase his pills. They are fast and prompt about refunding and I have never had a problem ever with them. Love Nationwide !
