Impressive service and reasonably quick processing time

We are surprisingly happy with Nationwide. Coverage seems to be as stated. Program seems to work nicely

It’s nice to have but kindve a waste of money

I like having help with his vet bills. Especially if anything unexpected were to happen. My issue is that it only reimburses me 90% and takes WEEKS to do so. I get that’s what I signed up for but for the kind of money the company is making off of me doesn’t even come close to what I pay a year for his bills. It’s a nice safety blanket and I’ve recommended several times to other people but how long it takes to come back and only getting 90% after I pay $250 deductible is turning out to be a waste of money. Rather just keep the medical and get rid of the wellness but I’m concerned that if something were to Happen then I wouldn’t be fully “covered” or something.

It is helpful to offset costs

I'm happy with the plan. Allowed me to have life-saving emergency surgery for my dog that I wouldn't have been able to afford. You did not have boerboel on your list, which is her breed

Love Nationwide pet insurance!!!!

Moxie had ACL surgery in March and then eye surgery in May- both were covered in full as we had already met our deductible. Have insurance in all four of our bulldogs and would never go with out- when I was in between jobs we did not have health insurance for ourselves but made sure the Nationwide was paid up.

Confident in Nationwide

Alice incurred a serious injury to her left knee resulting in Tibial Plateau Leveling Osteotomy (TPLO) surgery to stabilize the knee. A freak accident as a result of her disposition toward imitating a Space-X rocket, launching off anything and everything at the light speed. She's energetic, to put it mildly. I'm relieved that I had the foresight to get her pet insurance when she was a puppy. I have and old yellow lab who has been plagued allergies his entire life and now battles arthritis. His vet bills have cost me thousands over the last 12 years. Alice, however, is healthy and strong (like draft horse strong!) and as such, pushes the limit on her athleticism. Hence, the knee injury from her buffoonery. Nationwide was clearly the best choice for me. Claims are easy. The staff is responsive. I'm very happy with my choice of insurance carriers. I would definitely recommend Nationwide to any pet owner. Hopefully, this knee injury will be the first and last time I have to use Nationwide. However, I'm grateful they're there if I ever need them again (knocking on wood).
