Nationwide | Pet Insurance Review

I was so sad when I found out my dog needed surgery. Anytime the word surgery comes up I think of several things. The first thing is that my dog will be under anesthesia and in pain .I feel bad that my dog will be in pain.Anesthesia is always scary! Surgery usually turns out to be very expensive. I'm very glad I made the decision to purchase pet insurance from Nationwide. Having dog insurance has enabled me to give my dog the best care. Each time I have sent a claim to Nationwide they reimburse me very quickly ! After the surgery I received a huge bill. I was reimburse about two weeks later maybe earlier. I'm grateful to Nationwide for their great customer service and easy reimbursement . Wish human insurance was thus easy. Lol I recommend Nationwide pet insurance to all my friends . This is my second dog on this plan and I have nothing but a positive experience to report. They do a great job reporting and monitoring. This was an unplanned surgery for my dog that had a cyst on her head. It was recommended that we were move it and the cost was very endearing. I was not sure how I was going to pay for this, but the submission process went well and the payment reimbursement came to me easily and within a fast time frame. very pleased with this service

Neede help to do my claim and the person on the other end was friendly and willing to help, only had a problem with one before this call, however did inform them about it and were extremely apologized about the previous call. My claim came in in timely matter. Thank you
