Outstanding service

My dog recently had a problem with his skin. This meant trips to the vet and some healthy charges. I put in a claim and received notification by e-mail that there was news on it. Since I'm not very good with the computer, I phoned and was helped almost immediately by a representative named James. There were-no endless menus and time waiting on the phone.. He told me that I would be getting a check soon. Finally a place where you talk to a person and not a machine, where you are treated like a customer, where you go away satisfied. I'm very satisfied that what I put into my monthly insurance payment is well worth it.

Efficient and Per Contract

All of my wellness and medical claims have been handled quickly and as expected. I appreciate being able to submit my claims (with invoices) by email and I appreciate being able to quickly access full history of claims for both my dogs while logged into the website. There have been no surprises (which is ideal for an insurance contract).

The company does what promises

I have used the same insure company for different dogs for the last 13 years. I never had a problem. The claims are processed fast and fair. The monthly payment is reasonable. I recommend to have insurance for your pets and I definitely recommend Natiowide.

wonderful

we were so thankful that we had insured. When her knee was injured or simply gave way we were devastated. When we were told how much the surgery would cost we were heartbroken. We simply did not have the money............then we remembered our insurance and it literally saved Zoe's life!!! We recommend this insurance all the time..........
