Friendly customer service, long review time for claims.
The customer service at Nationwide has always been friendly and easy to deal with. I have their most expansive coverage, so there has never been any trouble getting a claim approved and reimbursed for. However, waiting 3-4 weeks is never fun, especially when you have larger claims such as neutering or other surgeries.
