Outstanding

I’ve never had pet insurance before and thank goodness that I have it now! My dog’s claim was for over $4,000 and I received 90% back! Payment was under 10 days and went right into my bank account. Thank you MetLife

They gave me money

I purchased pet insurance through work. Never had it before. Dog got sick requiring IV therapy, overnight stay at vet, and meds; called to see what was required and MetLife rep told me exactly what to do and reminded me that well visits also covered. Thanks, MetLife, for expediency and courtesy
