Love Met Life

I have two dogs and I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Met Life , the claims are done in quickly manner , the customer service is excellent.

Metlife is TOPS

I work in the veterinary field where I am exposed to many pet insurance companies that our clients have enrolled in. Metlife is stellar in all areas especially in their phone presence. Last year we rescued a 5 month old puppy when 9 days later he chewed up a wooden hair brush, a pen, box of tissues and part of a book. Due to the sharpness of the pen and brush he had to have full surgery. MetLife did not question any of the process and reimbursed us the 90% that we had enrolled in. We highly rec Metlife and are customers forever!

Claims service is HORRIBLE AND THEY LIE

I have 2 pets insured with them and up until recently they were good. My puppy had surgery and I submitted a claim on 8/16 and was told times that it was processing and then the following day they couldn’t find it. I had to resubmit and it is still pending. I have asked for help and can’t get anyone to help me. After this processes I will be moving my pet insurance elsewhere. I have been lied to too many times.

Rosie's Clim

I've had 2 other Claims for Rosie that went very well. The most current one had a lot of complications and had to make several calls and ask the Vet to send in information several times. I finally got Samantha who was GREAT and understood what was wrong and got a supervisor involved and got my Claim reviewed and finalized quickly- Many Thanks to her and the supervisor who got this over the Finish Line!!
