Met Life is the Best

We have two Doodles and one has had a few emergencies, Met Life covered it all. I love the coverage , claims done in a timely manner and customer service is the BEST.

First Time Claim

After researching numerous pet insurance companies, MetLife was the one that offered the most of what I was looking for. I rescued two kitties and the claim process was simple and my reimbursement, after meeting the deductibles, was fast. I did have to call customer service regarding a question I had about my claim. I spoke to Donna, a wonderful person! She answered all my questions about my claims. I did not feel rushed and had a better understanding of my claims and policy. I would definitely recommend MetLife to my family and friends that are looking. Thank you and keep up the great work!

Buyers beware

Buyers beware. They take FOREVER to reimburse your claim. Longest was over 45days. Others claims between 2-4weeks. You submit all required paperwork, then they say they didn’t get it, then u submit samething three more times. Not to mention you have to keep calling aleast 3-4 times everytime you submit a claim because nothing happens with it. Oh don’t forget how times they put a BIG RED on HOLD status on it. I have already paid my deductible for year. As soon a next year comes I’m canceling. This company is TERRIBLE! Metlife sucks!

pre-existing - not likely

I have this insurance for my puppy and older lab and 2 cats. I bought it because my puppy has GI issues. Now they are saying her issues are pre-existing. That's bull and won't cover her script food. She just turned 5 mo old yesterday. How can a puppy have pre-existing. No problem taking my money seriously looking into other insurance companies at this time to switch. Not happy at this time

First time Pet Insurance purchase

After review of all the Pet Insurance options on the market, I decided MetLife Pet provides the best coverage for a reasonable cost. The mobile app is great! Easy to submit claims. My most recent claim for routine vaccines was processed in 2 days. Reimbursement paid directly to my account.
