Impressed
Submitting a photo of the claim is very simple. Must have S.O.A.P. Notes if specific illness treated. Covers most of cost of expensive heart worm and flea/tick meds after deductible is met. So far our experience has been very straightforward and easy. Well worth it if you love your pet

The process is really fast but the payout once you get approve you still have to wait an additional 2 to 3 days.
